NIT Warangal bags Centre’s project

The National Institute of Technology (NIT) here has bagged a prestigious project from the Centre, It would train faculty of Private Engineering Colleges of five States in the India. The Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DEITY), Government of India, has decided to open seven Electronics, Information and Communication Academies (ICT) across the country to train teachers with more skills and enable them to produce students who can secure jobs.

The Government named as ICT Academy is headed by Prof Somayajulu as head professor at NIT Warangal.

The National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal has welcomed applications for admissions to Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Biotechnology, physical science, science, arithmetic, humanities and sociologies and School of Management for the session July 2016. The intrigued hopefuls ought to apply in an endorsed design most recent by May 2.
